Obokun LGEA Begins Inspection of Schools.
…… As LGEA Chairmen Charges Teachers to be More Dedicated in Discharge of Their Duties.
Yesterday, Obokun Local Government Education Authority Board Chairmen, Mrs Babaniyi Toyin with members of the LGEA embarked on an inspection tour to selected schools in Obokun Local Government in their bid to ensure effective teaching learning process of the new term and the new year.
The LGEA members in unison visited LA. Primary School, Oja Tuntun, Ipetu Ile early in the morning. Prayer session was held with students and teachers before members moved to the classroom to inspect teacher’s record and the serenity of the school compound which was satisfactory to members of the LGEA for effective teaching and learning process.
Also, members of the LGEA visited Methodist Primary School, Ibokun, with inspection conducted on teacher’s lesson note, school records and the serenity of the school compound as a whole. The LGEA Chairmen gave kudos to staff of the school for the neatness of the students and charge them to keep it up.
The Chairmen of the Board, Mrs Babaniyi Toyin while addressing the teachers charged them to be more committed in the discharge of their duties to ensure effective teaching learning process of the term and encourage them to show dedication in impacting knowledge onto the students.
Mrs Babaniyi Toyin also used the medium to praise the Executive Governor of Osun state, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke for his commitment in revamping the education sector of the state.
She however appreciated all Obokun PDP leaders for their cooperation and the trust reposed on the member of the board to perform credibly well in this assignment.
Members of the LGEA who were part of the inspection tour includes, Mrs Toyin Babaniyi(Chairmen) Hon. Kolawole Lawrence(Secretary) Engr. Segun Otegbayo, Hon. Owoeye Adelanto, Mr. Adeyemi Oluyele, Mr. Adewuyi Adeniran and Mrs Mercy Ayodele.
