Osun denounces Public Holidays of Thursday, Friday this week as fake
Contrary to the news making the rounds that the Executive Governor of Osun State, His Excellency, Sen. (Dr) Ademola Adeleke had earlier declared Thursday, 20th and Friday, 21st of February, 2025 as Public Holidays throughout the state in lieu of Saturday, 22nd of Feb.2025 L.G elections, the public is hereby notified through this statement, that, no such holiday is declared by the State Government.
While we regret any likely inconvenience the misinformation may have have caused individuals and corporate organizations, the public is through this medium urged to disregard such news in its entirety as false .
