The Senior Special Assistant to Osun State Governor on Community Engagement, Hon Sulaimon Musa Olalekan pay a working visit to Ifon/Ilobu and Erin-Osun for an onsport assessment to the communities.
Hon Sulaimon had the humbling privilege to visit Ifon/Ilobu and Erin-Osun communities a place recently shaken by communal unrest. Walking through the streets, meeting with community leaders, and listening to the stories of resilience reminded everyone of the strength that lies within unity and compassion.
While the pain and losses are still fresh, the spirit of togetherness is even stronger. The people of Ifon/Ilobu and Erin-Osun are choosing hope over hatred, rebuilding not just homes, but trust and relationships.
He assured them that the Osun State Governor Sen Dr Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke is committed to everlasting peace and progress of the communities. With collective effort, understanding, and support, peace is not just a possibility but it is achievable.
Hon Sulaimon admonish them to continue to promote dialogue, respect, and empathy. Our differences should never divide us, he added.
