Osun commissioner for culture and tourism pays a working visit to Adire Oodua textile hub in Ife

The management of ADIRE-OODUA Textile Hub Ile-Ife led by Olori Aderonke Ademiluyi Ogunwusi a Queen of Ife kingdom of baba Kabiesi HIM Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja ll the Ooni of Ile-Ife received with excitement the Osun State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism Hon. Abiodun Ojo and his team to the ADIRE-OODUA Textile Hub factory situated at the OJAJA RESORT Ile-Ife Osun State.
The CEO, Olori Aderonke Ademiluyi Ogunwusi took the team around the factory and the showroom after which she discussed her vision, mission, and passion for the upliftment of the Yoruba cultural heritage and Adire-making as a tool in achieving a well behaved and productive society.
While sharing the success story of ADIRE-OODUA Textile Hub, Olori Aderonke thanked HIM Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja ll for giving the company a befitting administrative and operational place within the popular OJAJA RESORT Ile-Ife. She further revealed that the ADIRE-OODUA Textile Hub has successfully trained over 1000 youths courtesy of Kabiesi Ooni of Ife’s kind gesture.
Hon. Abiodun in his response appreciates Olori deronke and the management for the wonderful work and facilities put in place to boost the recovery of Adire status in our society and the economic contribution of the company to our state and Nigeria at large.
He however assured the management of prompt patronage, support, and collaboration from the State Government and that of Governor Ademola Adeleke to move the Adire industry to the place it belongs.
