Ooni’s Wife, Queen Ronke Ogunwusi Visit Nigeria High Commission In The UK, Advocate For Exponential Growth of Africa Creative Industry
The Wife of His Imperial Majesty, The Ooni of Ife, Her Royal Majesty, Queen Ronke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi, has paid a courtesy visit to The Nigeria High Commission in the United Kingdom.
At the visit, Olori Ronke Ogunwusi was received by H.E Cyprian Terseer Heen and officials of the Nigeria High Commission.
In her address during the visit, Queen Ronke spoke about the potentials of the creative industry highlighting Africa’s Billion Dollar Fashion and Textile industry, and how the Africa Fashion Week being held annually in London has been at the forefront of empowering, educating and enabling the growth of Africa’s creative industry through fashion and textiles as The Nigerian Ambassador promised the Embassy’s support for the project.
Olori Aderonke Ogunwusi was accompanied by HRH AWO YAA MANUBEA I and by members of her team in London, which includes Prince Kamari Ademiluyi, Mrs Bola Obileye, Otunba Abimbola, Mrs Toun Sonaiya among others.
