Sen. Fadahunsi Lights Up Osun East with over ₦15 Million Empowerment Grant

In a remarkable show of leadership and compassion, the Distinguished Senator representing Osun East Senatorial District, Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi, OFR, has empowered 150 constituents with a cash grant of ₦100,000 each to boost their small-scale businesses and uplift livelihoods.
The well-coordinated empowerment event, held on 8th July 2025, was graced by top government functionaries, including the Osun State Commissioner for Youth Empowerment, who lauded Senator Fadahunsi’s unwavering commitment to grassroots development and youth-focused policies.
Beneficiaries were drawn from various local governments across Osun East Senatorial District. They received the cash grant with joy and gratitude, describing the initiative as life-changing. The Commissioner also revealed that a soft loan scheme, set to benefit even more constituents is already in the pipeline to further support the Senator’s empowemrent agenda.
“Senator Fadahunsi is a blessing to our generation,” said Mrs. Mopelola Ajayi, a beneficiary from Ilesa East. “With this grant, I will expand my tailoring shop and hire one apprentice. God bless him.”
Mr. Akeem Olalekan from Ife North also testified: “This money is timely. I now have capital to restock my phone accessories business. The Senator is truly walking the talk.”
“This is not the first time he is coming to our aid,” added Miss Abike Lawal from Obokun LGA. “We thank him for always remembering the common people.”
